What’s included
The documents your registration needs.
Every address plan comes with a document pack, with the papers SEC, BIR and city permit applications usually ask for. Each office decides what it accepts.

- Sublease agreementfor SEC, BIR and the city permit
- Lessor’s permits and BIR registrationthe copies BIR district offices usually ask for
- Building occupancy permitcopy
- Address certificatefor banks and clients
Why we vet every client
An address is only as good as the companies at it.
Before we take on a client, we verify who they are and what their business does. Philippine anti-money-laundering rules require it of company service providers, and it keeps the address one that banks and government offices trust. It takes a short video call and a few documents, at launch, not now.

Questions
Before you join.
What does the address fee include?
Address covers your registered address in Cebu, the document pack for your registration, and mail received and logged with an e-mail to you. Address + Mail Scan adds same-day scans; forwarding originals costs postage. Government and registration fees aren’t included, and neither are the relocation package, monthly compliance or phone plans: those are planned, not part of the launch offer.
What does changing our principal office involve?
The principal office is in your Articles of Incorporation, so moving it is an amendment filed with the SEC. Then the BIR transfer (Form 1905) and a business permit in the new city follow, and your current city closes your old permit. Each step has its own government fees and timing, set by the SEC, your BIR district office and the cities, not by us.
Do we need a board resolution?
Yes. It needs a majority of the board and stockholders holding at least two-thirds of the outstanding capital stock. An OPC needs its sole director’s resolution. Until our relocation package is available, your corporate secretary or lawyer prepares it.
What happens to our current city permit?
Your business is retired from your current city or municipality and registered in the city of your new address. If that’s the city you’re in now, it’s an address change instead. Your current city will usually ask you to settle local taxes for the year first. The fees and processing times are set by each city.
Can we keep our landline number?
Phone plans are planned, not part of the launch offer. Whether an existing number can be moved or forwarded depends on your provider. Tick “Keep or port our landline” in the form if you’d need it.
Can staff work remotely?
Yes. The principal office is where your company is registered and receives official mail. Your team can work from home or anywhere else.
Can we hibernate the company with you?
An address plan keeps the registered address and official mail covered while the company is dormant. It still has to file BIR returns and its SEC reports: monthly compliance with partner accountants is planned, and in the meantime your own accountant files them.
Where exactly will the address be?
In a business district in Metro Cebu: Cebu City, Mandaue or Lapu-Lapu (Mactan). We’ll name the city and the building before we open, and joining the waitlist doesn’t bind you to anything. The city decides which business permit office and BIR district office your registration goes to, so if you need a particular one, tell us in the form.
What does joining the waitlist mean?
You tell us what you need, and we contact you before we open. Nothing is charged and nothing is binding. Waitlist members who take an annual Address or Address + Mail Scan plan at launch get 1 month free, and keep the founding price for as long as they stay. Planned services are priced when they launch.
